Lili Pena, owner of this 20-year-old business is very passionate about quality and care of her salon’s clients. The mood is always upbeat, everyone seems to feel regal because of the attention they get, the establishment is always sparking with excellent, soothing lighting (green, of course), so crisp, you can eat off its floors, robust with that special atmosphere that can only come from people who know they are tops in their fields. Lili proudly states, “Even my pedicure units are green, and, fungus free – costs quite a bit more for these vibrating, cushy chairs and oscillating tubs, but that’s part of the Portfolio experience.”
